# FACET Data Deletion

FACET supports requests to disconnect source connections and delete or archive eligible records associated with FACET source-intake workflows.

## Request Deletion Or Disconnection

To request deletion or disconnection, email kc@fivel.agency with:

- your name and organization;
- the email address associated with the FACET or Google authorization;
- the brand, workspace, or project involved;
- whether you want to disconnect Google Drive access, delete eligible FACET intake records, delete downstream source or asset records where available, or all of the above;
- any deadline or special handling request.

We may need to verify your authority before completing a request.

## Revoke Google Access

You can revoke Google access directly from your Google Account:

- Open your Google Account security settings.
- Review third-party apps and services with account access.
- Select the FACET or Five Letter Agency app.
- Remove access.

Revocation stops future authorized reads after FACET receives or detects the revoked state. It may not automatically delete records already created during authorized intake.

## What Can Be Deleted

Depending on the workflow and customer agreement, eligible deletion may include:

- FACET source connection metadata;
- source binding metadata;
- intake job summaries;
- safe inventory or reconciliation summaries;
- downstream intake records that are not required for legal, audit, security, or contractual reasons.

Some records may be archived, retained in audit logs, retained in backups until normal backup expiration, or retained when required by law or agreement.

## Response Timing

We will review deletion requests and respond as soon as reasonably practical. If a request requires identity or authority verification, the response timeline starts after verification is complete.
