# FACET Terms of Service

## 1. Agreement

These terms apply to FACET-connected workflows operated by Five Letter Agency. By using FACET or authorizing a source connection, you agree to these terms.

## 2. Authorized Use

You may use FACET only for lawful business purposes and only for source materials, accounts, and projects that you are authorized to connect, review, or manage.

You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to share selected source materials with Five Letter Agency and its connected workflow systems.

## 3. Source Connections

FACET may allow you to connect selected source systems, including Google Drive, for brand intake and review. Source connections may be disabled, revoked, cancelled, paused for reauthorization, or blocked if access is unavailable, stale, unsafe, or no longer authorized.

## 4. Restrictions

You may not use FACET to:

- upload, connect, or process materials you do not have permission to use;
- violate privacy, intellectual property, publicity, security, or contractual rights;
- submit credentials, secrets, regulated data, or highly sensitive personal data unless an approved workflow explicitly supports it;
- attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, audit trails, or review states;
- use FACET for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.

## 5. Third-Party Services

FACET-connected workflows may rely on third-party services such as Google Drive, hosting providers, authentication providers, and internal creative or asset systems. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

## 6. Review And Output

FACET may produce intake summaries, classification states, review queues, and readiness signals. These records support human review and workflow decisions. They should not be treated as legal, rights-clearance, compliance, or consent determinations unless expressly reviewed and approved by the appropriate authority.

## 7. Availability

FACET may be unavailable, interrupted, or limited during maintenance, testing, integration work, or provider outages. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of FACET as needed to operate the service safely.

## 8. Disclaimer

FACET is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that all source materials will be classified correctly, that every file will be available, or that every workflow will be ready for production use without review.
